Human Resources Management

Use your HR skills to help some of our charities out. Most start up community organisations lack the skills and resources needed in a leadership role, which might include managing volunteers and their teams efficiently; and creating and implementing policies and procedures. Your skills can be of great value and provide tools and insight for these charities to establish themselves as an organisation.

Please have a look at the requested support and submit your details, and we will get in touch with you to discuss further steps (i.e. match you with the right people).

Hr & people management Advice

Beneficiaries: community & environment

Global Generation is an educational charity, which works together with local children and young people, businesses, residents and families in Camden, Islington and Southwark to create healthy, integrated and environmentally responsible communities. They offer practical experiences and employment pathways to young people, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, and give them the social, emotional and practical skills to make a difference in the world.

As they are becoming a growing a charity in which more people in the organisation are managing projects and people, HR support would be very useful in order to support the professionals in their roles. They are also looking for help in reviewing job descriptions, salaries and reviews to make sure everyone has clear progression routes and salaries are transparent across the organisation.
