We Make Camden £7,500 Food Access Grants

  • This is a Difficult Winter.

Camden citizens are working with the Camden Food Poverty Alliance and Camden Council to provide funds to organisations involved in tackling food inaccessibility. We also know that many charities and community groups are struggling with increased demand and decreased funding, so we are making available larger We Make Camden grants of £7,500.

Organisations can apply between now and the 28th January.

Panel decisions will be made on 16th February 2022 and communicated with applicants shortly after that

  • Who can apply?

Grants are available to Camden Food Poverty Alliance members only, if you aren’t a member it takes 2 minutes to join here and it’s free. Grants are available to organisations of any size who provide food access to Camden residents and/or an additional service that help people move away from being unable to access food.

Please read the full guidance below before applying.

  • How do I apply?

We’re working with a panel of Camden residents to award these grants, they’ve written some questions that they’d like to ask you to complete in this form. We’ll also need a safeguarding policy, bank details and a copy of your governing document. We think it will take 2 hours to apply in total. If you have any questions, get in touch with Daniel by emailing daniel@camdengiving.org.uk.
