Treasurer (Trustee)

We’re recruiting a new Treasurer (Trustee) to join the Camden Giving Board.

Alongside our core Trustee responsibilities, we’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience in finance, accounting or management accounts. This expertise will help strengthen our governance, support transparent decision-making, and ensure our resources are used in ways that reflect our commitment to equity and accountability.

You don’t need previous trustee experience. We’re interested in people who share our values, care about Camden, and are keen to learn, ask questions and contribute at Board level.

If you want to use your financial skills to support a community-led organisation and make a meaningful local impact, we’d really love to hear from you.

We’re hoping to welcome our new Treasurer to the Board in Spring/Summer 2026.

Community Panellist Waiting List

Since 2017 we’ve worked with more than 350 Camden citizens who have decided which charities receive money from us.

It’s an important job, so we pay citizens £16.05 an hour for this work. Panel work usually takes place from 5:30pm-8:30pm, once a week for a period of time. You don’t need any prior experience, you just need experience of inequality in Camden, be that because of your gender, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other reason.

We’ll be actively looking for Camden citizens to join our panels at multiple times per year.

If you would like to register your interest in joining us, please complete the form and a member of the Camden Giving Grant’s Team will be in touch when recruitment begins.

We’re not recruiting for any panel roles right now, but new opportunities are usually posted here. If you’d like to hear about them first, please complete the form below, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media.
